Church Information: In the early part of 1976, he was evangelized by the group of preachers from the Iglesia ng Dios kay Cristo Jesus. He accepted and believed the gospel they preached and was baptized on June 12, 1976. He became a Student Pastor and attended several seminars conducted by the Church in Isabela and in Pangasinan. He became a Pastor in March 1981 and assigned as a Resident Pastor at Maligaya Locale. Maligaya, Echague, Isabela. He was assigned as local Auxiliary Pastor at Fugu local, Fugo, Jones, Isabela on July 1, 2010 up to the present.

FAMILY: Auxiliary Pastor Federico Lagula Fernandez was born on September 17, 1949 by parents Bruno Fernandez and Juanita Lagula. He is the 2nd child of four children in the family. He was married to Sister Margarita Calderon and blessed with four sons and one daughter.
